We wish to recruit a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our Head Office.
Answering phone calls and taking
messages will form a large part of this role.
Processing invoices and data
entry onto our in-house system
Other ad hoc duties
Excellent telephone manner
Experience dealing with large
volumes of incoming calls
Good IT skills including
Microsoft Office and email.
Ability to prioritise workload
· Minimum 1 years’ experience in a busy office environment
