Murdock Builder's Merchants form part of the Murdock Group. The Murdock Group was originally established in 1982 with the set-up of Newry Building Supplies Ltd. Newry Building Supplies Ltd was originally located on the Rathfriland Road in Newry but transferred shortly afterwards to the Greenbank Industrial Estate where it remains today.

Murdock Builder's Merchants growth over the last 20 years has been both organic and by acquisition, and we are recognised as a leading building supplies and timber provider in the Irish Market Place. Murdock Builder's Merchants currently has 8 individual building supplies and timber sites in Ireland with exciting plans for continued growth.
