Administration Assistant - Maternity Cover - Derry

Our branch based in the Skeoge Industrial Estate, Derry now requires an Administration Assistant to cover Maternity Leave. This is a fixed-term position for a period of 6 months, commencing December 2017 until May 2018.

 Monday to Friday 8.00am to 2.00pm

Key Responsibilities

·         Completion of Goods Inwards Notes
·         Invoicing
·         Processing Purchase Order Dockets
·         Queries
·         Till Cash Book
·         Till Reconciliations / Lodgements
·         Bank Lodgements
·         Filing
·         Answering telephone calls
·         Stocktake Administration

Ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in an office environment

  • Good IT Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
